No you do not. Just let us know where you have left your key and we will take care of the cleaning. You can leave a note in your booking with key location details, or use a lockbox.

Can I give my cleaner a key to my home?

We don't hold keys, but you can leave a note in your booking letting us know where you have put your key, or use a lockbox that we can access.

How many cleaners will come to my home?

We will send one cleaner for a standard clean. For larger cleans or end of lease cleans we may send two cleaners if needed.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, Maid2Easy provides all cleaning supplies and equipment. You do not need to provide anything.

How do I book a cleaning service?

How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel by emailing support@maid2easy.com.au. If you cancel within 1 business day of the booking you will be charged a small fee of $50-$80 depending on the size of the booking, which goes directly to your cleaner for loss of wages.

What if I am not happy with my clean?

Maid2Easy offers a 200% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your clean, we will come back and fix any missed spots for free. If you are still not happy, we will provide a full refund.

Can I request a different cleaner?

Yes. Just reach out via phone or email and let us know. We will arrange a different cleaner for your next service.

What if something is broken or missing from my home?

Please contact us within 48 hours of the incident. We are fully insured and will handle the issue as quickly as possible based on the situation.

Are Maid2Easy cleaners police checked?

Yes. All Maid2Easy cleaners are police checked, fully insured, and go through our training programme before working a single job. We employ our cleaners directly — we do not use subcontractors.
