1. Maid2Easy provides domestic house cleaning services to individuals and businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, and kitchen cleaning. Maid2Easy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its services at any time, without prior notice.

2. Pricing and Payment Maid2Easy’s pricing is based on the type of service requested, the size of the space, and the frequency of the service. Maid2Easy will provide the total cost prior to the start of service. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged. Maid2Easy accepts credit cards and other forms of electronic payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds Maid2Easy understands that schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Maid2Easy reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact Maid2Easy within 24 hours of the service for a possible refund or re-service.

4. Liability Maid2Easy takes great care in providing its services. However, Maid2Easy is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its services. Maid2Easy is also not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its website or any information contained therein.

5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maid2Easy and its agents, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the use of its services or website.

6. Privacy Maid2Easy respects your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purposes of providing its services. Maid2Easy will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.
